SHIPPING

What does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on your order and the destination. As soon as you have filled your shopping cart, please select your country as well as the shipping option of your choice and we'll calculate all costs accordingly.

We currently offer free shipping to all orders above 100€ to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

How long does shipping take?

Our professional warehouse team works at full speed so you receive your order as quickly as possible. Usually, all completed orders leave our warehouse in Germany within one business day. We will send you a shipping confirmation via email. The shipping times vary depending on the country of destination as well as the shipping method.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently offer worldwide deliveries. Special rates for shipping and export.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if shipping is currently not possible.

RETURNS

Can I return items if they don't fit?

Sure - if you are not satisfied with your order you can return all items as long as they show no signs of wear & tear. Please visit our returns page for more info.

We will reimburse the paid price after we have received the items unworn, unwashed and clean. Please keep in mind that all products can only be returned within 14 days after receipt of your order.

Shipping costs won't be reimbursed.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the following steps:

Return the items that don't fit. We will reimburse the price of all returned items as soon as they reach our warehouse and were processed.

Order the item in the size / color that fits you.

Can I return worn items?

We do not accept returns of worn items.
As we have set a high standard of quality for us and our production, we will make exceptions if an item shows obvious production flaws. If this is the case, please reach out to Customer Service!

Who pays for the shipping of returns?

Currently, we are not able to absorb the shipping cost for returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or untracable shippings.

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my order?

Our shop accepts various payment methods. You can pay with all common credit cards, via PayPal or bank transfer (Klarna). We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please find all options when checking out.

Can I purchase on account?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer purchase on account and we need you to pay before we ship the products. We offer a variety of payment options like credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

OTHER FAQs

How is the sizing / fitting of clothes?

Our design team have put their best foot forward to align our products with our label style. You can find an indicator of how the products are fitted in the product description (e.g. Loose Fit). If there are Model shot avialable, we provide our model's heigths, weight and the product sizes they wear in the description for reference. Usually, we recommend to buy true size for a loose fit and one size down for a regular fit.

The product I wanted to order is sold out. Will you re-stock / re-produce?

No. We work in collections that consist of limited quantities. So you might want to act fast!
If the product you wanted to order is not available anymore, you can wait for the next collection. To stay updated about when the new collection drops, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of every page.

Can I purchase a gift card / voucher?

You are so in love with our products that you'd like to gift them to someone special? Sure thing!
Just click here to see the gift card options. Add them to your cart and use the usual check-out.

You'll receive the gift card in your inbox. We currently don't offer physical gift cards.

Can I buy show tickets here?

Unfortunately, we do not sell tickets for other shows here.
